Beam

We manufacture beams with corresponding carriage lift in a wide variety of designs made from all suitable materials.

We can produce our beams for suspending and supplying power to the racks in lengths of up to twelve meters.

We also provide the corresponding EU Declaration of Conformity in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Annex II 1.A, and the harmonized standard DIN EN 13155:202, including operating and maintenance instructions.

At WTF Galvanotechnik, we offer all standard types of titanium plates, such as those with DMA clamps, titanium or rectangular plates with dovetail or pointed ends, titanium plates with pointed ends on one or both sides, titanium plates with springs or pins, heavy-duty plates, and more.

Our designs are available in round and square shapes, but we also specialize in custom solutions. If standard components are not sufficient, we can provide you with customized solutions.

We offer electroplating baskets in rectangular, round, or custom shapes made from pure titanium, 1.4301, 1.4571, and steel.
