Consulting
To achieve customers satisfaction is the top priority for us. To appear in person for delivery and implementing belongs to this as well as support and consulting in existing plants and racks/jigs.
Conception
Before designing an individual conception in compliance with your wishes and opportunities and the state-of-the-art of knowledge and technology we generate a detailed conception. Furthermore we are able to manufacture samples for contacting and clamping extensive components.
Construction
Subsequent to the detailed conception we build up the design for your project in 3D and 2D with INVENTOR Professional and AUTOCAD Mechanical. We could provide you drawings and design models in all current file formats, also in PDF and 3D-PDF.
Assembling management
For implementation of plant projects we provide one of our experts for assembly and installation management. This employee organizes and coordinates the current works and is your contact person on site.
Documentation
For every project we compile the documentation for quality assurance. For rack projects this documentation includes in standard an AUTOCAD drawing with information about number of parts, used materials and object numbers.
For plant project we provide the conception and computations, the set of all detail- and assembly drawings, a description of all plant components and equipment as well as data sheets of used mechanical and electrical elements.
